Job Description

Training and Development Manager with a min of 5 yrs exp in the field of management and soft skills training, is required for a large technology company.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Design and develop training material
  • Update training and development material
  • Conduct management and soft skills training courses
  • Plan training and development interventions
  • Responsible for career development programmes
  • Responsible for skills development in the Company
  • Maintain training records

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and training qualification
  • Minimum of 5-years experience in the field of management and soft skills training
  • Good understanding of outcomes based training material
  • Management skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of SAQA, NQF and related legislation
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure and  with a high level of responsibility
  • Be willing to travel
  • Have own reliable car
