Job Description

Merchant Acquiring Administrator with strong administration skills, minimun of 2 years exp.

Duties:      

  • Checking and capturing all new agreements and create start-up packs for merchants
  • Process additional equipment forms, requests to terminate forms, changes in bank details
  • Update all spreadsheets including merchants list and invoicing schedule
  • Follow-up outstanding queries in respect of merchant acquiring, including call centrecalls which require extensive telephonic interaction with merchants
  • Filing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-years experience
  • Excellent Ms Word,Excel and Outlook skills is essential
  • Strong administration skills are essential

Qualifications:
