Job Description

Integration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience is required for a large company.


Key Perfomance Areas:

  • System analysis and integration design:Manage the end to end system design quality for high profile clients and complex systems
  • Quality management: Operational efficiency and quality
  • Technical environment management: Test environment management:
  • Project integration/implementation management: Ensure a project
    management approach is applied for all end to end integration deliveries
  • Customer focus: Provide exceptional service to the high profile and complex system owners and ensure a smooth flow of information and services
  • Capacity building: Provide training to IQ employees to build capacity aligned with IQ capacity building plan
  • Special projects: Manage and run with or contribute to special projects



  • Tertiary education – system analysis and design, Degree in information technology
  • Knowledge of Healthcare
  • Business analysis Course
  • Project management course
  • Experience in analysing a business need and extracting the requirements into a business requirement specification.
  • Familiarity with defining business requirements for software development.
  • Background experience in the health care market is an essential requirement for this position.
