Job Description

  • Provide good quality service to our clients (Creditors & Consumers) via e-mail, telephone both internal and external
  • Handle and resolve consumer complaints
  • Support Services staff

 Experience

At least a minimum of 1 year Call Centre experience providing Client Service.

Experience in National Credit Act and Debt Review will be to a advantage.

Debt counselling course approved by the NCR will an advantage
